Overview: In 2001, Microsemi had 12 divisions, each with different systems or different levels of the same system. The parent system was not intuitive or user-friendly. An upgrade was due, which would be expensive and lose the customization that was needed. Working with Employease proved great results. Productivity was improved by giving employees more time to do what they were hired to do. Managers' time spent searching for HR-related information was reduced, as was time to process a new hire or a termination. The case study reflects time management.
