Overview: The case study says shifting tide helps female bosses become more commonplace; recent scandals make CFO integrity more important than ever; employees give manufacturers mixed grades. Though the number of women occupying top executive positions is still relatively small, most Americans say they would not mind having to report to a female manager. Younger men prefer female bosses while older men say they would rather have a male manager. The latest Gallup survey also found that the younger a woman is, the more likely she is to find a female boss acceptable.
