Overview: A new "toolkit" has been assembled to help human resources professionals and line managers deal with increasing religious diversity in the workplace. The aim of the toolkit is to provide HR pros with the information and perspectives they need to accommodate a wide range of employee religious beliefs, and the tools necessary to create a more inclusive and productive work force. One of the ways employers can get a leg up on the competition to recruit the best and brightest employees is to gain recognition as an "employer of choice."
