Overview: Officials we have designed and developed four large-scale Global Orientation Management Events (of between 60 and 80 participants) for potentially high-achieving managers joining this global IT organization. The events provide an opportunity for participants to learn about and influence the organization’s culture with the aim of building a common understanding of Logica's strategy and structure, its corporate constraints and opportunities, and the values and diversity within its global business. Comprehensive analysis, design and planning are critical in order for these large-scale events to succeed. Interactive Skills works closely with the IT consultancy's leadership team (representative of top management) to analyze the strategic business needs, and the outcomes desired. In addition, they establish and liase with a planning team comprised of employees from a cross-section of functions, grades, specialists, age and gender within the organization.
