Overview: The article says that every organization, large or small has its own climate; each climate is unique and multi-faceted. If we continue to look around the individual for answers then standardized programs or "fixes" will not be successful. If we apply a cookie-cutter approach to the wants and needs of human beings, we are also in trouble. If we are able to bring forward individual thoughts and ideas, there may indeed be an opportunity for true organizational growth and yes, the bottom line.
