Overview: HR should strive to create and communicate a shared vision of the goals of the 360-degree feedback process, and should support the process with its technical expertise and resources. In addition, HR will play a key role in developing organization-wide development plans based on the training and other identified needs of employees. The plan may well include HR’ s playing a role in monitoring and tracking a number of follow-up activities, as well as measuring and reporting progress or improvements in achieving the company’s overall goal or strategy.
