Overview: Long silences rather than questions. Awkward glances. There's a seeming lack of interest in the entire event - on the interviewer's part. Just because someone is sitting on the other side of the interview desk means that they are a good interviewer. We often assume that if someone is in the position of interviewing us then they are the expert and perhaps, they're lack of interest is something we've said. Luckily, that isn't always the case. Bad interviews and bad interviewers are out there and they will happen. Sometimes, despite your best intentions as a job applicant, the interviewer just doesn't have it together enough to give you a fair shot.
