Overview: The more speeches you learn to write and present, the less nervous you will appear. As your confidence grows through practice, the less inclined you'll be to manifest the symptoms of fear. Yes, practice, practice and more practice is an important step for lessening the effects of fear. When a speech becomes ingrained in us, is drawn from the well deep within, when it is the product out of overflow then fear is pushed aside and replaced with strength, confidence and power.
