Overview: It's a known fact that there is a glaring difference in health care between blacks and whites. One would think that this disparity would decrease over time, but that is not the case. Reuters reported on a study that shows blacks are less likely to receive special care after suffering a heart attack than whites. Blacks are also more likely to die within a year.
