Overview: The typical result of implementing TM2 - creating a major increase in the annual number of completed projects without increasing staff - will create a major immediate increase in profit and shareholder value. Even when there is significant cannibalism of existing products, the impact on the bottom line is rarely less than an increase equal to 30% of the existing contribution rate. For companies who experience a profit equal to about 10% of their sales, this can mean a step increase in profit of 3X or more.
