It provides a full range of offerings, including the improvement of teaching conditions, representation in the political arena, insurance, and education-oriented publications. The California Teachers Association (CTA) relies on a complex and highly integrated IT environment to capture and manipulate data. CTA wanted to add a customer relationship management solution to better support its members. After exploring several alternatives, CTA chose to deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
