Overview: We all find that 'time' seems to run our lives. We eventually run out of time to relax, enjoy our families and 'smell the roses' so to speak. This can be causing physical and mental harm to our bodies as well as mental anguish. How do we manage to get back on track and give ourselves the time we need for ourselves? We have to simplify ourselves! We have to simplify our lives by getting rid of the clutter that is taking over and re-evaluate ourselves by finding out what are true priorities really are.
