Overview: When asked what we prefer, working or resting, probably most people would choose the second option. Work is very often associated with something one has to do, while rest regards to something one wants to do. Thus we enjoy rest and feel annoyed with necessity to work. But that is only top of an iceberg and there are so many different aspects if we look at the problem. Indeed, people tend to spend more and more time at their work places, ignoring necessity to rest.
