Overview: It's a beautiful morning, and you're feeling great. You're anxiously looking forward to starting a new project. After excitedly filling your to-do list with exciting tasks, you are energized and ready to go. You eagerly anticipate polishing off your list and having your most productive day yet. As you put the list down and get to work, you feel a heavy sensation come over you. You fiddle around for a bit and then get back to the list, looking for other tasks to complete. By the end of the day, you realize that tomorrow's to-do list won't be very different from the one you wrote that very morning. Procrastination has struck again, and you feel powerless to stop it.
