Overview: For starters, as professional project managers one would now face personal liability for their actions, their advice and their projects. If the projects were found to fail, one could - and likely would - be held personally and professionally accountable for the implications of that failure. While some might argue that this liability already exists, what the author speaking of here is not simply one of perception but of cold, hard, financial accountability for one's actions.
