Overview: Not everyone is fortunate to turn a hobby into a small business. But when an automobile accident permanently ended Rebecca Duncan's dual careers in construction work and nursing, the mother of four decided to try concocting a new enterprise from her love of cooking and baking. Rebecca wanted to move slowly so as not to strain her young family's finances. She decided it was time to learn how to run a business.
