Overview: A 24/7 customer service department of a large order/distribution company wanted to find a service provider for the ramp up hiring of seasonal customer service employees. The company's human resources department recruits their own employees, which saves money from using the traditional recruitment staffing model for seasonal help. The objective was to outsource the payroll and administrative functions, and utilize the services of a staffing company only as necessary.
