Overview: When you insert a label into a 2007 Microsoft Office system document, workbook, or presentation, the label is updated automatically with information from the document's properties. This information resides in the columns for that item in the library. If label information is not yet stored in the document's properties, you must enter the information manually. Label information that you need to enter appears on the label in curly brackets and with a green underline. You can also update or change the label information if the correct information changes. This paper tells you how to add or change label information in an Office document.
