Overview: In Microsoft Office Access 2007, you can create a field that holds multiple values, such as a list of people to whom you have assigned an issue. Multivalued fields are appropriate for certain situations, such as when you use Office Access 2007 to work with information stored in a Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 list, and that list contains a field that uses one of the multivalued field types available in Windows SharePoint Services 3.0. This paper discusses multivalued fields and how to use them in queries.
