Overview: To compete in nowadays business world, enterprises need to improve their internal and external communication flows between employees, customers and suppliers. This paper unveils the e-Communication Center, a suite of next generation of unified communications applications for enterprises and service providers aimed at improving relationships, interactions and communication.
