Overview: Mobile devices are becoming an essential tool for both businesses and consumers alike. From Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) to mobile phones to smartphones, these new devices combined with faster data speeds are helping to increase employee productivity and provide 24/7 communication for both voice and data - regardless of location.
