Overview: Most people have experienced time flying when they are stimulated and time dragging when they are bored. Usually people just accept that these experiences are out of their control - which they are victims of the whims of time. But this need not be the case. People can become masters of the perceptions of time. Through this mastery people can enhance their ability to focus and concentrate on the things that matter to them, and to consciously draw back and regain personal balance when in danger of becoming over - stimulated, or carried away by interesting times and events. There are specific things people can do to acquire the skill of managing their personal perception of time.
