Overview: This paper presents the Prosci Change Triangle, a model for successful execution and implementation of projects. This model was developed out of a number of client engagements and training experiences. Prosci found that there lacked a framework showing how different components of successful projects interact to create a sustainable and successful business initiative. The paper shows the connection between project management and change management and how these two disciplines can be integrated.
