Overview: All of a person's time management requirements fall within one of two categories. He has appointments and scheduled events, time specific commitments he have made to be somewhere at a particular time. All other obligations are discretionary items, tasks he will accomplish at his discretion, around appointments and scheduled events. These will go on his "To Do" list. This paper provides some ideas on how to more easily and effectively manage those appointments and scheduled events. An appointment or scheduled event is when one has committed his time to be somewhere at a particular time.
