Overview: Hot markets can sometimes oversimplify the real estate market. It looks like houses sell as quickly as they come on the market. The signs change each hour or day: For Sale, Under Contract, Sold. What's so hard about that? It appears that all that a person has to do is place his property in the local MLS, plug a sign in the yard, and voila, it sells - multiple contracts, high prices, run to the bank laughing insanely.
