Overview: There's no question that blogs are here to stay and are becoming a more credible source of information for many people. While employee and CEO blogs are not silver-bullet solutions, they are viable communications channels for many purposes and should be considered in the mix of tactics that communicators deploy. Blogs can build virtual relationships among employees and leaders with great impact, but only when they are viewed as complements to, rather than replacements for, face-to-face communications and more traditional employee communications methodology.
