Overview: Payment Processing, Incorporated (PPI), an industry leader in providing integrated payment processing solutions, struggled with multiple, nonintegrated legacy customer systems. PPI wanted to overcome the challenges from its current environment, such as lack of flexibility, real-time access, customized reporting, and integration.
