Overview: Inalfa was founded in the Netherlands in 1946 as a manufacturer of metal goods for wholesale companies, producing such items as knitting needles & curtain rails. Inalfa needed to roll out a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution based on a new hardware platform. The IBM pSeries met the company's need for a robust, cost effective, high performing hardware platform that could provide scalability for both current and future applications
