Overview: The four things to remember when considering a shoestring marketing plan are these: Time and money are interchangeable. A person can always save one by spending more of the other. High rent accomplishes the same thing as advertising. It gives a person exposure. The cost of giving away a sample is often less expensive than the cost of advertising. In the end, it's what a person says in his or her ad that matters most. So the person should say something irresistible.
