Overview: People of all ages leave the workplace daily through voluntary or involuntary means. Moreover, the younger generation is voluntarily leaving one organization for another at a similar rate. Therefore, could the dilemma be that it is not so much about the people exiting as it is about the knowledge deficit that they leave behind?
