Overview: Conversion rates are the number of visitors who took the action one wanted on his or her site divided by the total number of visitors. Conversion rate is a measure of one's ability to persuade visitors to take the action he or she wants them to take. It's a reflection of effectiveness and customer satisfaction. For one to achieve his or her goals, visitors must first achieve theirs.
