Overview: In a survey on wellness programs conducted by Deloitte Consulting LLP and The ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC), nearly two-thirds of respondents reported using wellness programs to improve employee health, and another one-third are considering such programs. The survey, sent to ERIC members and Deloitte Consulting's survey database, found only 5 percent of respondents who said they are neither using wellness programs nor considering wellness programs.
