Overview: When birds migrate, they do so with a common goal - to get to a warmer climate for the winter months, a cooler one for the summer. For many of these birds, getting there successfully is a matter of life or death - for the individuals and for their species. For most businesses, reaching goals is also a life-and-death matter, corporately speaking.
