Overview: Volkswagen AG, the famous German auto manufacturer, turned to mySAP ERP Human Capital Management (mySAP ERP HCM) to manage its Innovative Personnel Service (IPS) project. The challenge was to implement this innovative HR program, with the objectives being to realign personnel administration time management and payroll process, and shift decision-making to local units.
