Overview: M&As (Mergers and Acquisitions) have been at the center of management research for several decades. Financial, strategic and human aspects of the M &A phenomenon have been used in an effort to better understand this complex process. Even though financial and strategic issues are dominant in the process, the importance of the "Human" capital involved in these transactions is well documented. The present paper deals with the sensitive issue of communication in M&As.
