Overview: The Enterprise Resource Planning project (ERP) otherwise known as ConnectND, is intended to replace a large number of outdated and duplicate/shadow systems that support the central accounting, departmental accounting, payroll and student administration systems in the state for General Government agencies1 and Higher Education institutions. The purpose of this paper is to document the updated project costs and contrast those costs to the direct and indirect benefits of the state's ConnectND project. Frequently, this type analysis is referred to as a Return On Investment (ROI).
