Overview: The new division faced several key challenges. Training content needed to be: Available in less than 6 weeks. Presented in multimedia format with skills assessment functionality. Easily and inexpensively updateable. Quickly distributed to and easily accessible by the sales team. The company implemented the DenTrek SMS e-Training platform to meet the needs of its training requirements. DenTrek's platform and services were utilized to capture and organize the training content necessary to properly train their sales team. An outline was created followed by aggregation of relevant training material. At the same time, the company Employee and Admin web sites were created (enabling access to and management of the content).
