Overview: Grand & Toy's products are sold primarily to businesses, which buy everything from paper clips to office furniture. Grand & Toy has long been an innovator in improving the customer experience through the application of new technology. The challenge, though, was in finding additional benefits from their software tools. Manveiler's goal was to have each user of Maximizer Enterprise proficient enough with the software so they could start seeing even more benefits from the system. Some of the capabilities they wanted from their SFA system included sharing customer information and providing sales managers with automated status and forecast reports, as well as giving everyone on the system the ability to quickly access the most up-to-date customer information.
