Overview: At the first meeting of all municipal representatives as well as Brcko District representatives 14 members of work group and 5 representatives of sub-regional agencies have been appointed. Partner group has been assigned by the sub-regional agencies, comprising of the representatives of authority, private sector, unions, bureaus for employment, international organisations, etc. Sectoral group comprises of the experts from education, government and nongovernmental sectors as well as representatives of the employers. Work groups have held 4 workshops on their own, while additional 2 workshops have been held with the representatives of sectoral and partner group. SWOT Analysis process has been introduced to the group representatives that participated in the work.
