Overview: This paper introduces blue sky developments that are happening in the disciplines of Built Environment and Engineering. It summarises the Faculty's vision, values, strategic direction, future ways of working, organisational structure, leadership roles, professional support and management portfolios. It identifies how the Faculty will work as an integrated collaborative entity aligned as part of a whole University working towards its Blueprint. The white paper will be the foundation of a change management plan that will guide Faculty restructuring by January 2005.
