Overview: Cadence Design Systems of San Jose, California, is the market leader in electronic design automation software. It wanted to: find a reliable 360-degree assessment tool that could be implemented quickly as part of a large leadership initiative, utilize research-grounded competencies that resonate with current and future business and leadership challenges and launch and build momentum for increasing selfawareness of leadership skills for the company's top 200 managers.
