Overview: With several of its top executives edging closer to retirement, leadership development was an issue that gained an increasing ascendancy for the Management Committee of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. CCL planned for bringing forward new leaders as openings occur, teamwork markedly improved among high-level decision-makers and sets of competencies identified to lead an organizational culture change.
