Overview: Catholic Healthcare Partners (CHP), one of the largest not-for-profit health systems in the U.S.A., wanted to: identify a pool of high-potential executives with a capacity for higher positions and help them develop their skills in critical leadership areas and to build a cadre of leaders committed to carrying on the organization's mission and values. To build this team of next generation, CHP wanted a partner who could offer an outside perspective and could customize its offering to meet their specific goals. CHP selected the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). CCL's custom solutions specialists worked with several key contacts to design a developmental process, known as the Leadership Academy, for high-potential executives.
