Overview: The objective of the company, Abrasive Technology, was to learn about the strengths and development needs of individual members of the team, to assess the existing level of team effectiveness and create action plans for change and to learn to apply a model for high-performance teamwork. CCL helped to create original developmental action plans for individual associates to show that improvements are being made in areas targeted for change. The organization met its strategic growth goals through acquisitions and expansion into new markets.
