Overview: To help organizations assess the return on their human capital investments, Accenture introduced a new assessment and analytic tool: the Accenture Human Capital Development Framework. With the framework, an organization can better assess its core human capital capabilities (such as leadership, workforce performance and talent management), identify the human capital processes that will likely improve them and then prescribe the specific process interventions that will improve the capabilities - as well as overall business performance.
