Overview: Fiat (Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Torino) is one of the original founders of the European motor industry. Fiat Auto (India) originally operated through a network of dealers, each with its own customized ERP software. The objective was to use a standard solution already present in the ERP package that would be fully adaptable to Fiat Auto in several locations around the world. The Fiat Auto Solution Kit (FSK) is a methodology made expressly by Capgemini for Fiat Auto to be adaptable in foreign markets.
