Overview: Orange UK, a unit within Orange SA, is the leading wireless operator in the United Kingdom. As the wireless industry in the UK matured and growth slowed, Orange's management realized that the information technology structures and processes which had served the company well in the past would be less appropriate for the future. Orange UK turned to Accenture to help it redesign its IT organization and transform it into an intensely customer-focused unit. Accenture helped Orange UK improve its operational efficiency through a major transformation of its technical organization.
