Overview: Financial service providers (FSPs) have responded to market demand with numerous online, short-term investment tools designed to let companies quickly execute certain transactions and, in some cases, view related information. This article points out that while some of the early services disappointed users due to their lack of robust investment choices, sparse reporting capabilities, and inability to integrate with other treasury services, recent advances show promise.
