Overview: Leiner Health Products, based in Carson, California, is the largest private label manufacturer of vitamins, minerals, and nutritional supplements and the second largest manufacturer of private label over-the-counter drugs in the United States. Leiner wanted to convert its messaging environment from Novell GroupWise 5.2 to Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 due to user dissatisfaction and technical challenges. Microsoft Gold Certified Partner INS completed the migration to Exchange Server 2003, as well as a redesign of the Microsoft Active Directory directory service and an upgrade of 12 servers to Microsoft Windows Server 2003. This saved 10 hours per week on administration.
