Overview: This personal experience has demonstrated to me the value of presenting and discussing BPM from the consumer's point of view. So, present not only which models or methods have been used, or what has been the return-on-investment for the decision maker, but, also, what was the business issue to be solved? Were there alternatives to a BPM solution? What implementation issues needed to be solved? And, most importantly, how will the consumer interact with the process? How will the customer benefit from any change in the process? This article addresses these issues briefly.
